People don't believe what you say to them...
...But they DO believe what you say about them! "You've done a great job John" How does the John feel? Was the boss just buttering him up -or had he been reading a book on motivation? Take another scenario John is walking past the office and hears the boss on the 'phone "John did a fantastic job on the Jackson account" Now how does John feel?Selling is the same.
